How custom ordering works
Choose your preferred shirt colors, sizes, and quantities.
Request a customization quote. Tell us where you want each design, including left chest, front, back, sleeves, or personalized names on the back.
Provide production-quality artwork for review. Transparent PNG and vector artwork are preferred.
Whitetail River Creations reviews your design, garment availability, and total order costs and sends you a final quote and visual proof.
Review and approve the artwork, placement, spelling, quantities, and price. Pay the approved invoice before we purchase materials and begin production.
Starting decoration prices
Embroidery starts at $8 per garment for small designs, $10 for standard designs, and $15 for large designs. Final embroidery pricing depends on actual stitch count, design complexity, placement, and quantity. Eligible embroidery volume discounts may apply. DTF pricing depends on transfer dimensions, quantities, and inbound shipping costs.
Digitizing/setup: New embroidery designs may require a separate one-time setup fee starting at $25 per unique design, subject to approval before work begins. Reusing an existing compatible design generally avoids a second setup fee.
